Does Valley Parade's Smoking Area(s) Comply With EFL Regs?

    I don’t have an issue with it. I think it is a good idea to have one so people don’t smoke in the toilets, maybe with plenty of signage around the stands so people know where it is.
    My question was because it is against EFL rules to allow smoking anywhere within the stadium.

    The only thing I could maybe compare it is is a bus shelter? By law you can't smoke in a bus shelter, but you can smoke outside of it. So surely VP is the same, it's a structure that has opening to it so surely if you're outside of the structure which is what the designated smoking area is, it's fine?

    The club are saying this which implies that it is outside the stadium.

    The stadium is a no smoking stadium, we do however permit smokers to leave the stadium for a smoke at half time, every stand has access to this, but we definitely don't have any smoking areas in the stadium.

    To be fair it’s only 1 person who queried it.

    Don’t think anyone apart from @Storck@Storck is querying/has an issue with it?
