Was with you up to the poll tax, everybody used/had access to council facilities so every adult should contribute...yes/no...?

I still say it should (being a local tax) have nothing to do with income or size of house but rather how many adults using available council controlled facilities....let's leave it there for the sake of this thread......

 

Not sure selling social housing at a very good discounted price was a good move, families bought the houses on their parents behalf and made a killing as house prices went up, and those homes were never replaced that was the problem.
They had lived in social housing in many cases donkeys years and paid rent nothing in comparison to people who took a mortgage out to own their own property.
As for the miners strike if that was above board let's have a public enquiry sometime in the future and lay the truth on the table of what happened, Im afraid it wont happen under a Tory government for sure.
