    We should get all the cars in the car park to turn their air con on and pipe it into the stadium, thus keeping said players cool . That is if the grass on the pitch hasn't melted.

    Might not work though with the ground being on a sloped valley?

    I’ve got one of those Dyson ones, apparently they don’t need to be near to make a difference it all goes into the climate or something so I’ll just switch it on at home and point it at VP job done.

    It sounds like the heat has already gone to everyone's head on here!
    At the end of the day it's only friendly, designed to give the lads some match practice. If it's going to be hot enough to stop them playing at full intensity we might as well move it to later in the week.
