I think plenty of water breaks and the players will be fine.
As for fans well its early evening so will be a bit cooler and temperatures will drop nicely during the game.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...Onside and borderlescott like this. -

The temperatures the teams will be playing in in Quatar will range between 20 and 30 degrees C. Quite a bit lower than this Tuesday's forecast.

Other countries have regular runs of weeks with high temperatures and subsequently the people in those countries adapt to it yet our politicians and our national and local broadcasters start talking to people like they are idiots because it’s going to be hot for 2 (two) days.meelin and NorthernMonkey like this. -

Perhaps it would assist to read this article. Qatar is taking heat seriously.
“But even then temperatures are 24 degrees celsius and so Qatar have had to introduce measures to further cool their stadia for players and fans”. https://www.sportbible.com/football/qatars-eight-world-cup-stadiums-are-fully-air-conditioned-20220402JimmyBantam and Allotment Bantam like this. -
To be fair, I've been in 39° heat in Valencia, that was bearable because it was a dry heat. When it gets that hot in UK, it's usually more humid and stifling.
However, should be fine after 7 in an evening. Nobody will be denied water, so no problem.JimmyBantam and BrotherBantam like this. -
