However consider if by some miracle a couple of teams hit a bad patch and we do get promoted
Do you think GB would be capable of keeping us in L1 and pushing for the championship ??

As Bowyer has had only the one transfer window and even with the injuries (yes all teams have them) I'm more than happy with our present position.
I won't judge Bowyer until he has got us into league one wether he can keep us there and improve us as Parky did until it happends, I'm certainly not writing Bowyer off because we arent playing wonderfull football and walking the league as some advocating.
I'd prefer an auto spot and as there are 3 this season we could get one, but I'd take a promotion through the play offs.
Why would we need teams to have a bad patch for us to get promoted ?

 

We don't win enough games and don't have an attacking manager to put a run of wins together. Can't keep hoping to 1-0 it through the season at this level, the quality isn't there at either end of the pitch to play that way.

 

We seem to just be scraping 1-0 wins with very little attacking flair
Teams like Plymouth Northampton are hot on our heels
Exeter & Crewe are free scoring teams and will "Dig In" wont be easy to displace either
We need to be beating weaker teams by more than the odd flukey goal

 

As with Mr ford I'll have you a wager,£10 to either the Burns Unit or The Darby/Rimmer Foundation that Bowyer get's Bradford City promoted this season ?.

1 - 0 wins are fine, Saturday was looking like a 1 - 0 win until Paudies mistake we played well in that game, creating more chances that we have done recently where we've had Vaughan used as a target man with Otech playing off/around him.
I'd be quite happy returning from Carlisle with a single goal win and a clean sheet.

Not questioning Rupps role @Bronco, he’s probably as much to blame as Rahic. I’m questioning whether Stuart would consider coming back to work for him. It’s only alledge because it’s assumed he knew but I don’t have any personal evidence to prove that.

 

As we stand I would hope the calls for Stuart to come back are based on frustration as we are very much hit and miss, I doubt very much it has even been considered by Stefan or Julian, Julian certainly knows all about changing manager midstream when he thought we were safe and couldn't go down.
As I say I don't think for one minute it's been discussed at the club we have far more important things to get right in the January transfer window, the only time I could see anything like Stuart coming back or changing the manager would be if Bowyer does not get us promoted, even then IMO it would be unfair, they gave Bowyer a 2 year contract I think he deserves at least that honoring..
But he'd better get us up our it will cost me £20 .

Bring McCrap Manager back....no way..NOOOOOOO WAY. In two different stints he won nothing. You can blame anyone and everyone else, but the fact remains in two stings he won nothing and we didn't even have any good cup runs.
