Evening @Norman Corner I pay whatever the owners say is the price of a season ticket, you cant throw that back at fans,.
They quoted in the press their vision is cheap football beacuse they see a near full stadium better than a half full stadium and of course those fans buying merchandice from the club shop, purchasing food and drink, that arguement has been played out many times in the past on C&B and on here.
It was only the other day you was criticising the Bradford public for not being supportive I'd suggest if we have moved 14,000+ season tickets after the second half of last seasons fiasco we have done very well.
So have a word with your boss I'm sure he'll explain his "model" to you, but lets not forget who it was who started the cheap season ticket offer back in 2007.

 

There wasn't a lot he could do for 2 1/2 years. Must have taken a long time to adjust back to football and then Wilder resigns him for the blades. But hey you must know more than a manager with one of the best track records of recent years. There again, Wilder did sign Hanson, so maybe he has no idea on signing strikers.

 

Being a bit selective there Norman in the point you have raised - not complaining but referring to Collins own comments and the fact the league starts 3 weeks tomorrow! Need to open your eyes and your mind a bit, there is a LOT still to do

Ched Evans' record since his return to football quite clearly shows how badly the time away affected him.

He's 29 now, too, so the chance of a Phoenix-like rebirth are a little slim.

5 goals in 34 appearances would make Dom Poleon's eyes water.

It's an appalling record.

Then again, we were stupid enough to sign Dom Poleon for money, so you never know

I think the reason Sheffield United resigned Evans or" gave him his job back" didn't they sack him after the court case, was because he was going to sue them for wrongful dismissal.
