I was at the far end of the main stand to where they were attacking second half, odusina was ripping their 9s shirt off every time. Swings and roundabouts and all that.

As long as it works both ways, that's fair enough

Thought Drysdale was okay, but needed to act on them constantly kicking the ball away.

They also blatantly ignored him every time he told them where they should be lol

After we scored the early goal we had two good chances to tie the game up Platt and Pereira the latter being a decent save from Tzanev, then we seemed to run out of ideas allowing the Dons to get back into the game, a goal was always on the cards from Wimbledon and they gratefully obliged with a goal from Pell, Wimbledon now looked the better side and stuck away another with an equally good free kick as Banks.
Two home games where the opposition have made us look ordinary at times last week we put our chances away this week we didn't and nearly paid the price, we need to take 3 point at Harrogate next Saturday.
I though the little 5 ft 8 Assal (only 20) run the show for Wimbledon reminding me very much of another little guy who played for Wimbledon many years ago Dennis Wise

    I thought the same.
Some think that every time Cook doesn’t win the ball it has to be a foul.
I’ve absolutely nothing against Cook and hope he finishes the division top scorer (wins me £630) but today was one of those games we saw last season when he doesn’t get a foul awarded early doors and then spends most of the game getting gobby with their defenders and moaning at the officials when he doesn’t get every decision.
Drysdale is definitely a “look at me” ref but he was a million miles away from being the reason we didn’t win today.

    Our full backs were poor.

    Banks and Pereira bad.

Cook not in the game at all.

Lucky to get away with a point.

10 points off the leaders already! Expectations need managing.

Unbeaten at home in the League long may it continue.
Not at our best today but secured another point when all looked lost.
Bit of fight and character shown at the end.
Pleased Oliver's off the mark hopefully his confidence will grow going forward.

If the Peierra header had fallen to Cook, i think it would have been 2-0 , he would not have given the keeper a chance of making the save.
We were poor today and had no control in midfield against their 5. but we battled and got the point.
Halliday and Wright back in for Hendrie and Peierra , who were both very poor. The rest were average.
Pleased for Vadane, hopefully he kicks on now.

I think we should of gone more direct sooner than we did. Cook was getting heated with their no.5 so I understood why why got taken off but he should of had a striker partner next to him for longer to eason the burden

Well we got out of jail there.

Periera has really disappointed me so far. Looked yards off the pace of the game.

Chapman showed glimpses of electric pace and good movement.

Otherwise we were second best for long spells.

Cannot recall Hendrie winning that many headers as The Wombles clearly targeted him.

We missed Wright, Crichlow and Halliday so its good that they are going to be back in contention next week.

Oliver won loads of flick ons and 'that' header.

We never gave up and other seasons we would have lost that game.

Thought Angol also did more in his short stint than Periera did all game.

one thing I don’t seem to understand is our goal kick routines. By having our 2 Centre backs on the edge of the 6 yard box, the entire team ends up dropping deeper and going wide. So when the opposition eventually click on that all Lewis is doing is spraying the ball to Foulds or Hendrie; he’s forced to go long. We all know Cook ain’t a target man, but the few times he does win the ball, there’s nobody alongside him to collect the loose ball. Like if it isn’t working after the 4th or 5th time, just switch it up

I think Hendrie an Periera can be excused due to a lack of match fitness. In Periera’s case, he should not have been brought back so quickly considering we have Young & Harratt on the bench who aren’t getting much minutes

I think Angol was okay. He seems to do everything right, winning the ball in the air, bringing it down, getting it under control, getting away from an opposing player an creating space, but then he seems to mess up the final part which is releasing the ball. Usually holds on to it for too long where he could instead release it an utilise that space he has just created by taking one of their players out of the picture

Periara has done little since coming back, Wright has been the better of the late transfers and we missed him today. I thought Foulds had a good game and Banks showed spells of form first half. Chapman put in a shift as well and the two centre backs covered well but did struggle when Wimbledon decided to press. Central midfield was disappointing for me, both seemed reluctant to come forward when the opportunity arose, instead looking sideways and back. All in all a pretty average performance from a team that shows good battling qualities which gained is a valuable point.

But only 4 points off third.
You do realise that the top 3 get promoted and
    Not just the leaders?

Hendrie did well in the first half……You are kidding?
Take Gilly and or Smallwood off. Oh my word.
The rest ain’t worth reading if that’s your summary.

Was Periera fit today he didn't perform as if he was so maybe give him the benefit of the doubt, on the other hand does he think because we made our position clear to Luton we wanted to bring him back to Valley Parade on loan make him believe he's undroppable, if so IMO Dion has a big surprise coming as I believe Wright will be straight back into the starting 11 for the game at Harrogate.
