We're really missing Walker. No one really connects with Cook like he does in this formation. At times Cook just looks lonely up there by himself.

 

Thought the crossing was a bit of a let down today, but I'm happy we secured a point because Wimbledon were the better team second half

Nowt to panic about, had a mediocre day, but still couldn't be beaten

After we scored the early goal we had two good chances to tie the game up Platt and Pereira the latter being a decent save from Tzanev, then we seemed to run out of ideas allowing the Dons to get back into the game, a goal was always on the cards from Wimbledon and they gratefully obliged with a goal from Pell, Wimbledon now looked the better side and stuck away another with an equally good free kick as Banks.
Two home games where the opposition have made us look ordinary at times last week we put our chances away this week we didn't and nearly paid the price, we need to take 3 point at Harrogate next Saturday.
I though the little 5 ft 8 Assal (only 20) run the show for Wimbledon reminding me very much of another little guy who played for Wimbledon many years ago Dennis Wise

 

I think excellent is pushing it a bit. He made a distinct impact on the game but wasn't excellent.

 

I agree Dave. Although we need to continue developing as a team under MH and there is certainly room to do so, I feel it is paramount that we learn to dominate play. We are at our best when pressing and on the front foot. Inviting teams to pressure us is a weakness that we need to overcome ... attack being the best form of defence.

 

I've been on City forums long enough to know who's having a go, no problem.

Although i’d like to see Harratt being given a chance on the left, or perhaps a 4-4-2 with Cook & Oliver up front but we shall see

 

Darren Drysdale is the ref for Saturday.... no fan needs a reminder of who that guy is. We have won one of last seven games he's ref'd for City and lost the last four of his visits to VP. Lovely game ahead.

Drysdale and two wins since January. On typical Bradford City form can only see a Wimbledon win 0-1, 24 shots for us and 1 for them, plus two certain penalties turned down.

 

That was the worst refereeing performance I've ever seen.
