Mentioned this a couple of weeks ago after the Walsall game (which some posters seemed to strongly disagree with) but we have ridden our look in numerous games where we’ve taken our foot off the gas and not kept our performance levels at a high level for 90 minutes. This game is an example of when that comes back to bite you.

Wimbledon were made to look poor first 10 minutes and took the lead, but we then took our foot off the gas and let them get back into it over the next 60 minutes and ended up 2-1 down.

 

Well, we scored and thought we'd won. We forgot we needed to keep playing for the other 88 minutes. Awful.
