    It’s absolutely razzing it down here although local club pitches down the lane arnt flooded and they have zero drainage. .

    I get all the concern about the rain and potential flooding. However there is no suggestion of a pitch inspection on the City website.

    If it goes ahead, I am thinking Rochdale at home this last January type pitch conditions, but with a gale blowing as well. Will be interesting.

    Fingers crossed. We do have good drainage. The weather warning on my phone says a few hours respite from 1pm to 4pm then back to raining again.

    There will be an 11.30am pitch inspection at the University of Bradford Stadium ahead of this afternoon’s scheduled visit of Salford City (3.00pm).

    Constant, heavy rainfall yesterday through to this morning has meant match referee Martin Coy will assess the playing surface ahead of kick-off.


    The club will endeavour to keep supporters as updated as possible regarding the status of today’s scheduled fixture.
