I think this is a very good move and whilst I know it’s only words at the moment I think his stated aim of having a physical squad with pace and still play football is exactly what is needed. Difficult to achieve but a good aim

Time for Bowyer to prove he can get results for Bradford City forget Blackpool.

No excuses next season @Glenn Ackroyd and @wetherbywhaler.

We've rewarded failure but we needed stability and planning.

If we fail no Edin talk its will be down to Mr Rupp and Rhodes.

Let's make it work! No excuses!

    Our City, end the excuses!

Great news and we can have a stable summer compared to the mess of last season.

Think from his interview we know what we are going to get. A powerful side that won’t be bullied like this season.

I think a whole new back 4 is number one priority

I’d be disappointed if we didn’t start with a whole new 11 (possibly bar Caddis).

Good news in my opinion, hard to judge him on this season given the shite he has inherited. Hopefully can get rid of the rubbish this summer and get some better players

I think we will and if Mellor is fit I’d be surprised to see Caddis starting every week. When does his contract end?

But defence needs sorting first and foremost. If we cannot defend we will do nothing next season.

    Great news.

Hope he can bring in Gnanduillet and Spearing from Blackpool.

I still shudder when I think of the tackles that Spearing made on Josh Cullen at Bolton.

    Indeed. :)

Now let's all stop this pissing about, which we've done successfully for the last 20 months, and start to rebuild the Club, US FANS recognise as ours. Getting it right ............ in the offices, on the pitch and in the stands is pivotal to our immediate future. Onwards and upwards !!

More confident for next season knowing at least some stability in place. To go into pre season again with no manager wud probably ended in relegation again. Im thinking he must no wat sort of budget he's got regardless of season ticket sales so must be confident can achieve success,or wauldnt have taken job on. Here's hoping.

I enjoy that Fordy tags the ambassadors as if its their decision on the manager

anyway - this is good, I'm glad he wants to be here and it's a positive that its all tied up. we need that stability. now we know that Rupp is staying and committed to under writing the finances, and Rhodes running things day to day tieing up the manager was the next step.
I look forward to seeing what he can do in the summer with regards shifting out this shower of shite and recruiting new players.
