    The best set up of 4-3-3 is Connolly out wide right with 2 down the middle playing off each other, Wood to overlap and provide width on the left when able,

    Not at all. As I said they interchange and pull the defenders out of position so that the other - and hopefully attacking midfielder(s) - run into the gaps created. They both have the brains and experience to know when to pull out and when to make the runs. Lets hope they click, if they do I think they could cause havoc.

    A 433 is a one striker formation, so one will have to play wide, even if its only when we dont have the ball. Either way Bowyer wont play that system so it's a moot point.

    Why over complicate?? A flat 442 is simple enough. Tried, tested, works...

    I'm not convinced Doyle starts, hope he does.

    Sorry, but you're wrong, IMO. Why does 433 HAVE to be a single striker role ?
    As mine (and other posts) illustrate ..... 433 can quickly become 334, and revert back with relative ease.

    This is the time of season we needs to push on if we are real promotion contenders. This devision is poor, good goal scorers is key, hopefully with the right tactics we should have goals in the team. Is today a turning point?

    No disrespect to this league but 4-4-2 should be more than enough even away from home in this league.
    Not many sides dominate the ball to worry about being over run in midfield.
