    Very much doubt it
They have played like a team that doesn't care for the last third of the season
If that was the case I would have drafted 11 off the street to play
Really don't think they would have bothered if they had 9 men on the pitch and lost 10-0
No team spirit,No will to win,No idea where they should be playing a total sh1t show
A broken group of players none I want to see next season

Agree, Desire, Attitude, Fitness, Team Spirit, Effort and Will to win all sadly lacking throughout the club..
How is it that year after year we find players with no heart for the club yet we see it in our opponents week after week....

Individually I’d say no, but they look far better coached to form constructive attacks, we had plenty of the ball and again didn’t look like we knew how to create a chance and just punted the ball in the box hoping for the best.

There really isn’t much in this league, I thought we were better than Cambridge and Cheltenham in both games against them and but for luck could have done the double over them, especially Cambridge when the ball somehow didn’t cross the line.

For me T & S improved us defensively although it was as basic as having a sensible formation and playing far more pragmatic, not having CB’s flying into the opposition box for starters! But offensively we don’t look coached at all, our set pieces are pathetic, as Cheltenham have shown a team can more or less be promoted at this level by being set piece specialist, and our attacks from open play look worse than ever, we often rely on a worldy or error from opposition to score goals.

The players have to take a lot of responsibility don’t get me wrong, and I’m looking forward to pressing reset yet again and seeing the back of most of them. But I genuinely believe a well coached team who isn’t anything special can get promoted from this level, that’s why our coaching set up needs to be a key focus in the summer and I don’t just mean T & S the entire back room staff need looking at. Because for me there are smaller budgets and teams with poorer individuals yet again well out performing us, and that’s been a common theme for the last 4 years.

An overhaul of the coaching methods is key for me. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, Tadcaster Albion have a far more advanced and impressive coaching, fitness, and analytical set up than we do. Their players, three levels below us, are given regular diagnostic tests re. their diet, fitness levels and conditioning. At half time in matches, they're being shown individual and team stats and graphics on a big screen to show them what's going right and what's going wrong, by a team of three match analysts.

Something not right re the team selection Tallin and I have asked Simon Parker to clarify as it was him that gave us the line up.
His line up stated:- Hornby, P.O'Connor, A.O'Connor, Cooke, Novak, Foulds, Vernam, Watt, Sutton, Sikora, Cook Subs:- O'Donnell, Donaldson, Stevens, Clarke, Evans, Wood, Crankshaw.
The team that started the game had Wood and Crankshaw in it with Foulds and Vernam on the bench.

As some fans have suggested, was it dressing room disharmony or have T&S lost it completely?
Maybe it was something and nothing, but as far as I am aware the team sheet has never been changed after being announced (unless in the case of a last minute injury or illness etc).

They were not a better team, They were a team better organised with a defined match plan, That is the manager not the team,

cheers bailiff bridge bantam....yep we like to do it the hard way! Were miserable against Stevenage, then had that 5-4 game against Harrogate which I still think I've imagined then Saturday. Tbh, once we got the first it became quite comfortable. Thanks for the good wishes and really hope we'll be playing each other in 22/23.....knowing my luck we won't still be in league 1 and no, I don't see us getting promoted! Hope you have a great season next year!
