I have just noticed that Leyton Orient are playing Harrogate on Tuesday night away.
A midweek 90 minutes plus a fairly long journey will hopefully tire them out and give us a bit of an advantage on Saturday.

In fact, Saturday night beer and curry or pizza is the perfect combo after a good game of football and 3 points.

 

From what I’ve seen so far and looking at FGR’s “ beaten “ opposition we don’t have anyone to worry about.
They and Harrogate both have full points, but sincerely look who they have played. We have had the largest threats to the top 6 likely teams in Exeter, Stevenage and Mansfield in 3 of our 4 games.2 away. I believe all those that we suspected will be there or thereabouts, won’t necessarily be there at all, come the run in? We just need that touch better quality in depth, one in the middle, one up front and probably a utility defender and we should be extremely strong throughout the season?

 

If you don’t have a season ticket then quite rightly you should be the last in the queue, feeding from the masters table for any scraps.

 

There are exceptions to this bronco. I live abroad, but I subscribe to I follow and watch home and away religiously each week. Does this make me any less of a fan than a priority member? I frustrates the life out of me that when I come home for 2-3 weeks of the year, I struggle to get tickets to an away game

 

Also had a nice message from @NorthernMonkey offering assistance too, if needed. Atleast some fans appreciate the struggle. The usual suspects are out fishing in numbers. Like I say though, it is on a very rare occasion that this stuff happens and not the norm, so can’t complain. Atleast I have the benefit of watching city games home and away from the comfort of my own home (even though the Tuesday kick offs are at midnight (which I still stay up to watch). This was really frustrating last year when victories and good performances were slim pickings). Didn’t mean to take the thread off topic, so back to the game. We will dick em 4 nowt.

Is my money any different to a chap that lives in Bradford? I 100% agree that a priority member should take priority (they have paid for the privilege) however I contribute to the club with my I follow subscription rather than a season ticket. I’m not asking for a free ticket, just to be In With as good of a chance as a regular season ticket holder.

haven't deserved anything from this whatsoever. 2nd to everything, haven't had a sniff going forwards and lost the midfield battle. We need to be a bit smarter with our approach play if cook isn't winning the knock downs as they'd worked us out pretty early on. good finishes for both of their goals having said that

 

Exactly this type of performance we’ve been up against. They’ve been nothing remarkable, just frustrating, organised and have prevented us getting into the stride we’ve seen in recent weeks. The two CBs have been brilliant against Cook and their midfield have given our front players a sniff.

No one has had a good game, but Ridealgh has definitely had one to forget. Disappointed the changes made had zero impact, looking for more from those coming on to impose themselves.

Because I have a brain. I was there but if you think a professional footballer was in any way deliberately mocking the death of fans at a football match then you are more stupid than I thought.

 

I will go as far as saying, that the dickhead who threw the lighter on the pitch was probably the kind of idiot who invaded the pitch and taunted the Northampton fans on the 25th Anniversary of the Bradford fire. Nothing between the ears.

Can give it, but throws their teddies out at the first sign of any response.

 

We won’t win everything but it’s always the manner of how we lose. We were totally useless today. Adams is ruthless, looks like the players will learn that he is the hard way, said it will be no days off now, also indicated that there is a culture of having it easy here. I think this guy is the real deal.
