Great..... already booked train tickets. Due to arrive at 12.51pm. Plenty of time for normal kick off .Will now miss the start of the game. They do not think about the common supporter at all.

Last time we there I arrived at a pub after a 2-1/2 hr trip from darn Sarf. Walked in the pub and immediately shepherded out

You should be able to change your tickets to an earlier service, even if they are advance tickets. See here: Transpennine Express: Change your train ticket for free.

A few years ago after a Tuesday night game (we won 3-0) my dad was walking back to the car and was hit on the back of the head by an egg thrown by a bunch of lads in a passing car. Obviously taken by surprised that he’d been hit by something he proceeded to put his hand on the yolk which he assumed was blood though he felt no pain. Imagine the relief when he realised it was an egg.

Strange bunch of feckers in Cleethorpes

I'd earmarked this as an away day when I realised the ground is in walking distance of Cleethorpes station. Reading the comments I'm thinking my little fantasy of strolling down the prom and a few pre match beers may be a bit wide of the mark.

Got to admit I've never been to Cleethorpes, is it a shit hole?

Now that is just damn right disrespectful to a shit hole comparing it to Cleethorpes.

Let’s put it this way, I’ve been several times and during one occasion before a 2-1 win (Jorgensen scored well into injury time) me and my dad had a walk along the front as we were early. I have never seen so much dog shit in my life. Awful place and Grimsby fans seem to have a right chip on their shoulder for such a Micky mouse club

It used to be called something else but all the direness made the queen change her mind and rename it Grimsby

It’s that time again. Where fans that live and work in a ‘shithole’, take the piss out of opposing fans because they live and work in a ‘shithole’. Us Northerners are a strange lot.

    Divide and fecking rule.

I am proud to be from Bradford. I don’t know what I said to suggest otherwise.

I went when Beni Carbone scored from a free kick. He'd been out on loan and had just come back. Possibly the last time he played or scored for us. It was a class goal.

I remember when they played Halifax a few years ago, police were out in full force in Halifax. The made shops lock their doors as they were herded through town centre to the ground. Trashed the pub opposite Boots
