    Yes, if you log in to the ticketing system and click on 'hello, <NAME>' it will take you to your profile page. if you scroll down it is on the 'Loyalty Points' section! (been thorough explaining incase others would like to find their totals too)

    hmm. Does he have a ticketing account? if so you will have to log into his account. if not I would contact the ticketing office!

    No as I say as he was only 7 years old when he started coming with me I never bothered and not seen any point until the new Loyalty scheme came in, as you say I'll e-mail the ticketing office he may need an account of his own, even though granddad pays ;).

    His logon details will be the default ones which are his season ticket number and the postcode you used to buy his first season ticket

    I haven't yet found any summary of the points awarded, but you can check on each occasion you are awarded points. If you go to your purchase history and click on the "i" (information) icon for one of your purchases, it will bring up the details, including how many points you got for that purchase.
