Normally I'd agree with you on that, but if it were the case it would show on your credit agreement as a loan and you would have had to sign a loan agreement, pretty much the way you do when you pay for insurance on a DD. The main provider of this type of split cost agreement is Premium Credit.

As there's nothing on my credit report, and nothing signed, I suspect the money is going direct to the club, especially as if it were a 3rd party collection they would be charging Bradford City to do it.

 

Just curious, why didn't everyone cancel their Direct Debit's as protest?

Or as insurance companies do the club auto renew unless you actually get in touch and tell the club you wont be renewing.

Well, despite my absolute determination not to renew until Sparks and Rupp have gone. Despite the appalling recruitment and performances. Despite the awful experience of going to VP in recent times. Yes, I finally cracked and renewed. I've booked a psychoanalyst for next week because I'm most certainly insane.

 

They were due to end anyway after the collection of the 10th (final) payment.

Yes it would. We don’t want to kill the club just a kick up the backside. Plus it is an agreement that you will pay the club by installments until the agreement finishes regardless of performance.
