Fellas on Radio Leeds were discussing the transfers. Former City Winger Andy Kiwomya, asked - "who in their right mind would sign players and then sack the manager?"

I don't think I could have shouted NOVAK and GUTHRIE any louder.

 

If we are talking about the Barnsley manager, he wasn't sacked. He has left to join New York Red Bulls, who paid compensation to Barnsley

 

It annoys me when people who are paid to talk on the radio don’t do simple research on the game they are paid to be an expert in.
Barnsley have a head of recruitment for the academy, Bobby Hassell who will have been responsible for signing this young striker. He will have I imagine made the decision to loan him out as he wasn’t ready. That was always the intention when they got him.
Plus the manager was poached by New York red bulls, not sacked.
