Angols an injury prone diver and Oliver has shown absolutely nothing in the minutes he's had so far. Hughes will be knocking their door downt to tell them why Cook is the 1st choice at the moment. Neither of those two have a credible argument as to why they should be in over Cook right now.

We've had all rounders before and it didn't make much difference. James Vaughan was a good all rounder.

It's about balance more than having one great forward.

It's a real shame Angol isn't doing his but, he should be scoring regardless of his starting position - but at the minute Banks and Harratt look more likely to score, and Harratt barely plays

We need goals from all over the park. Unfortunately with the way we set up, we're only creating two or three chances per game. It's a miracle Cook has 6 goals already. When was the last time an away keeper was put under pressure with shots coming in at all angles?
On past experience Cook tends to score in batches then has a drought. It's during this time that we need others to step up. It seems an age since we've had one striker competing against the other to become to leading scorer. We need them to be hungry to score and not look to play with their back to goal. Be unpredictable like Nahki or Blake used to be and shoot from distance, instead of the slow predictable pass, pass, pass for the sake of it.

 

Nah never. I want him to score loads of goals for us and take us up.

Mansfield didn't even want Cook. Cook's dry up and then hes shite.

However, for now he is scoring but on Saturdays display he could struggle soon enough.

I want to know exactly what else he brings to the team if his goals dry up. After all, that's the very think you're saying is completely redundant in the modern game and using it as an excuse to berate Cook.

We have moaned about not having a goal scorer… now we have one Harratt would start all day for me. Cook is doing okay. He will get 15?this year. Eisa and Walker will be back. Upfront we are ok.
