Anderson and Colville

Luca Colville will be signing back on but is on holiday at the minute don't know about Anderson.

 

If Luca Colville is a first teamer next season we're in bother.

 

Same for devine and Anderson to be honest. All three are not good enough so should be nothing more than squad players at best. That being said I hope neither Colville or Anderson sign at all.

 

I understand why you say that but it's a bit harsh to judge him on a season of injuries and various different managers plus we are a division lower next season which could be very good for him.

 

I'm not sure I can agree with you mate, he looked decent during his few outings always happy to have a shot when he could.
He had his injury problems and of course both Hopkin and Bowyer had to keep their eyes on where we were in the table, hard decisions to make bringing a young kid in to do an experiance pros job.
I haven't written him off, and no pun but a good pre season and who knows.

 

We need a first team squad of around 22 players so this will obviously include a bit of 'filler', Devine, Colville and the new signing French are likely to be in this category. It is up to them and what they do in pre season as to how close they get to the new season match day squad but the key signings are yet to come - we just need to stay patient

Anderson showed enough to be at least a Squad player for us. I think after a series of injuries the more he played the better he got and the more he plays next season I think he will further improve

 

I don't think he showed anything remotely positive.

 

How do you work that? When fit last season he was a decent player, good physical presence and left foot.

 

Id take colville over anderson any day of the week

 

I agree Park. When he came to us he was overweight and not match fit. To all the nay sayers I would see what he's like after a proper pre season, assuming he signs. If he goes elsewhere my personal view is we will regret it but I don't speak for GB.
