A lot of talk about Kemp on here, it's odd because he has absolutely nowt to do with us. Us lot will argue over anything haha.

 

You aren't wrong. Almost nobody we played in our last six matches had anything worth playing for.

 

Well its strange that he has moved up a division, I guess his face doesn't fit. Comparing him to some of the released shite we have signed is bizarre to say the least.

 

Winning six games on the trot is not lucky. And overall the points gained since Alexander joined would have had us challenging for automatic promotion taken over the whole season. There is still work to do but I think the squad is looking better than it has done for the last few years and will be up there

 

Jacob Bedeau is signing for Notts County. I’d have liked us to go for him if we are targeting another CB.

 

I wouldn't say it's looking better but it looks a bit more balanced, which is all you need in the bottom division.

 

Personally still think that we have three or four signings to make and that there are two or three departures to come yet too.

Also a bit puzzling that Colin Doyle hasn’t signed his new contract yet. I thought that would have been done easily.

 

They're certainly trying to fix their leaky defence.

 

He is on holiday, doing push ups, at the moment though, to be fair to him.

 

You're not wrong about the points per game bit being a lot better than before he came, which is why I have faith in GA for next season if he gets his recruitment correct, but 77 wouldn't have had us challenging for automatics. Unless my maths have failed me then his ppg would have been 76 over a season (50 from 30 games ?)

 

Came back at the weekend .He's signed but no official statement from club as yet.

Not sure they deemed him not good enough. More what was the point in them offering a new deal to a player that has made it clear he doesn't want to be there.

 

Read MKs forum their fans won’t miss him. Swindon played an all out attack game and shipped loads of goals it suited the attacking players in Kemp and Young. I doubt he was ever considered by us although Alexander had only just joined MK when he was loaned out he must have been consulted

 

It’s clear they didn’t offer him anything. Why , no idea . Neither has anyone , however the fact is undeniable .
Put it this way if they offered him double the money would he have remained ? He’s not that good !

 

I haven’t compared him with anyone, where did you get that idea? I am merely relaying facts direct from the Swindon press . Nothing on the MKD official site to say he was nothing more than released and not offered a deal.
I apologise if it breaks someone’s narrative , nevertheless .

 

He played one and a half pre season games in front of GA from memory and was subbed off and subsequently sent to Swindon.

 

Not that good but ended up in league 1. I seem to remember not that long ago you said you'd have him at city in a heartbeat.

 

Wyke isn't signing. Sparkles wanted to bring him back in January, but GA overruled him.

 

Really hope croasdale comes in for competition to Smallwood I think that’s been a big miss for him to have somebody to fight for shirt with last couple of seasons
