Why have they not migrated Friends & Family detail over? Moving information from one database to another.....obvious thing to do when moving from one system to another really.....

 

Any sign of the points yet? or season ticket details? Surely our current details need to be there before Monday when tickets go on sale.

 

Didn’t you see the last annnouncement? There are no seat retentions this coming season, its first come first served.

 

I'm all for unreserved seating at home and away plenty of seats available next season.

 

Joking aside it would make absolute sense to have some areas of VP set as unreserved seating.
This will mean fans who don’t renew would still be able to sit with friends and family on some occasions that they wish to attend a game.
In fact I’d make all of MR unreserved

 

good my lad needs a seat and I couldn’t get him one this year so we have hardly been

Just noticed a new section called Reserved Seats in the Ticketing section.

not currently showing anything in it.

 

There are gonna be so many spare seats next season just like this season. I haven’t sat in my actual seat all season !!!

 

A some who has had the same seat since the stand re-opened, and sits amongst a bunch of other long term season ticket holders, I would not support this idea. I think the NW corner, now the K block crew are moving, would be the ideal place for unreserved seating.

 

Finally got around to swapping to the new system 10 minutes ago. Anyone know where the number of "City Points" is displayed or am I just blind?

Just checked mine can't see loyalty points anywhere thought they were supposed to show when account activated.

 

Just seen this in frequently asked questions, not sure if people are joking about seat allocation on a first come first serve basis when renewing so sorry to spoil their fun.

Am I able to swap the seat I sit in with my season ticket?

A. Yes. Supporters who are renewing season tickets will have their 2023/24 seat reserved until 12.00AM ON MONDAY APRIL 8. During this time, they will still be able to swap to any vacant seat which was not occupied during 2023/24. At 12.00am on Monday April 8, all sales will be suspended completely until 12.00PM ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 10, when all vacant seats are released and available for anyone to purchase a season ticket in at the same price. From this date, all supporters can swap seats to any vacant seat which has not been renewed until 11.59PM ON FRIDAY APRIL 26, when the early bird and direct debit window closes. Once you have chosen your seat, this will be assigned to you for the duration of the campaign.

 

Oh damn. All those away trips wasted

It allowed me to reserve my current seat.

 

As far as I am aware no points have migrated yet. I logged into the new system the day before they sent the emails out, so in theory probably one of the first to activate their accounts so if it is done in order of migration then mine should show first, but there again they may wait until a certain time and migrate everyone.

Have Grimsby tickets sold out yet? after that it is Barrow

 

It wants to charge me £330 for my season ticket, something wrong somewhere.
