Yep. I think they have screwed it up and put in the system that a 25yr is £150. Then the system knows that it is £180 extra to sit in a suite so it is adding them together. I have messaged the club and they say they have fixed it. But obviously they havent

 

Mine was no suite anyway. Can't get much use out of it when I arrive at 2.55

The main stand seating plan seems way off compared to the reality. Someone buying at the end of block B might be expecting a view from pretty much the halfway line... It's nothing of the sort

 

Yep A block starts a lot further on than it should. From memory A block starts in the penalty area

I couldn’t remember if they had sold them before they changed over systems. If not then they need to get the points sorted asap so they can sell the gGrimsby tickets as they usually sell well

 

Definitely. If this isn't all seamless by the time the Grimsby tickets are released, there will be a meltdown (and rightly so)

Does anyone know why they didn't just wait until May to swap systems? The ticket office staff are going to be bored for 3 months or so, therefore surely that would have been the ideal time to implement it!

 

I imagine they will be running out of cash as the last DD were paid on the first of this month. The DD is over 12 months now instead of 10 months. I am presuming it starts in May instead of June.

 

Obviously because the season tickets have gone on sale

And so what anyway - they've sold ST's via the previous ticketing system for many seasons, so why would this one make sense park? If that is their reason, i'd say it is a daft non-sensical one. They are clearly gonna get much more teething issues with season ticket sales, friends & family linking etc, so I think it is probably the worst time it could be done!

How do you get it to link? There is no obvious button to link accounts? Just need to know in case we decide to buy a ST
