That was some emotional day what a roller coaster occasion.

 

That was some day. A couple of my friends couldn’t watch the last 10 minutes, they were pacing round the back.

 

What a day. The result, the atmosphere, Jagger going mental at the final whistle, Wolves fans applauding us on the way out, loading u on booze in Asda over the road and the drive up the M6 with City fans delirious.

We hired a limo for the trip. We were half drunk on champagne by the time we got there. Lol

 

Now that's style. Guessing you was totally drunk by time you got back to Bradford

 

It was one of those days where we drunk ourselves sober lol ended up in the Dolly. Plus the frequent stop to process the alcohol was a right laugh.

 

Unfortunately our group experience the opposite I got a stretch limo to Wembley notice the guy we'd hired the limo from had put a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket. We lose the game and the champagne never got drunk, a bad day all round, but I'm being pestered again but the grandson and his mates to do it again "if we get there of course", let's see what Sunday brings before I start ringing round.

 

I was never so certain that we would beat Wolves to take second place into Premiership. I will tell you sometime.

 

Referees have been announced for the play offs and thankfully we have avoided Drysdale. He will be 4th official for the Stockport home leg.

Ross Joyce will be the ref for Sunday. He's done 3 of our games this season, the EFL Cup defeat to Blackburn, the home win to Harrogate and the Sutton home win. I cant remember any notable ref gaffs in those matches. He's done two Carlisle games, one 0-0 draw and their away win to Rochdale. This ref has actually be in charge of 15 Carlisle games since 2015 and they've only lost 2 of them.

The away leg has Simon Mather in charge. He ref'd the away win at Mansfield and sent off Platt for 2 yellows. He's also controlled one Carlisle game, an away win to Grimsby.

 

Be a superb experience both getting to Wembley and a limo to the match. That's quality and an amazing experience for your people. If we get there, my experience will definitely not be the same.. I'm flying back from Tenerife as the game plays..it's worth it, I've met an amazing lady..

 

You were lucky. The Wolves fans we encountered after just wanted to stove our heads in.

Let's hope if we're desperately clinging on he doesn't get "world cup fever" and add on an incredible 10 minutes again!
