There appears to be a growing trend of wannabee youth hooligans which head there with the view of causing trouble after a game.

I've seen it most of of the season but yesterday they were setting off pyros as well as trying to get into the faces of Gillingham fans.

Morons the lot of them coming a week after setting a pyro off in a pub..

Something tells me that this is somehow connected to this idiotic behaviour aswell.



As someone who attends away games with my daughter I wouldn't be happy having to exit a stadium with wannabee arseholes getting in my face, which is what will happen to us as a consequence of these idiots doing this at our ground.

They're normally little scoats aswell! I'd put a bet on they wouldn't be running round against someone like Sunderland or l66ds, they'd get what they deserved

Not sure what the problem was but for the first time ever I had perfect 5g signal at half time, I always get a blank screen at VP.

 

This 100%. Hughes made mention on Thursday that from about 12 or 13 games ago, he and the players have felt they can win every game. I remember Banks saying that very thing in the week after the Colchester win, and look what's happened since then. 3 wins in 10 games. Players (and managers) only end up putting massive pressure on themselves when they come out with bravado like that. If that's what they believe as a group then fantastic, but keep it to yourselves and just do your talking on the pitch.

We got talking to a gillingham fan on the way back to the car. He said second half we were by far the best team they’ve played this season, and in his opinion we’ll go up

I can't see that MH will learn from his errors, when he has persisted all season having them playing out from the back, when its obvious to all these tactics are a disaster.This is BRADFORD CITY in div 2, not f!!!ing BARCELONA.

 

I thought we did really well the 2nd half but this is a 90 minute game and how many times this season have we done little during the first 45 minutes ??????
Maybe if the crowd saw us going after teams from minute 1 then there wouldn’t be the bad attmosphere that reappeared yesterday ...................We look far better when we go after teams rather than letting sub standard teams play there way into these games ............. Gillingham looked good yesterday during the first half because we allowed it to happen had we gone for the throat from the kick off we would have beat them comfortably............... big week incoming now let Cook sit on his arse along with Walker and just get the win at Northampton which will take a bit of the pressure of going into the last two games ............ this team has shown it can get a result now it time to do it

 

I had forgot about Eisa. 2 year of wages for a hand full of games , mostly forgetable, another for the exit door.

 

A nasty bastard like a Gary Jones leader. You don’t need a team of fancy dans in L2, just honest hard working with the occasional flair player, oh, and somebody who can score.

 

I did say , he is the only one showing any form. I just feel we could probably get a more robust winger for this level, he needs to be a lot stronger on the ball, his crossing needs to improve and needs to learn to switch his play a bit more and take his defender on the outside and not cut in so much and try and curl the ball in.

 

If we are still in league 2 good luck in finding someone who meets all that criteria!

 

Agree a shocking 1st half (again) was our undoing yesterday and has been all season
It makes me laugh all those complaining about 8 mins added on
It is possible for us to score a goal during that time it's not exclusively for our opponents benefit
Both teams have to play the time added on its part of the supposed 90 minutes game time ie play to the whistle
MH should stop moaning and shock horror consider US scoring in time added on for a change
Salford seem to be making a habit of it !!!!

 

It’s between us and Salford for 7th now, Mansfield will beat Leyton Orient on Tuesday and move away from us. We of course have a difficult game at Northampton but Salford also have a tough game at Carlisle. We need to match their result then hopefully edge ahead of them with our game in hand at Crewe. If we lose at Northampton and they win at Carlisle then we would be under real pressure to win at Crewe .Salford’s last game is at home to Gillingham.
