Starting 11 as it stands

Still three or four real weak spots in these line ups - on paper at least.

Left back is a concern, left wing is a question mark, the obvious gap up front (arguably both spots) is a worry, but we'll see how it goes.

I just don't get how we manage to feel so unbalanced when we have such a massive squad???

No weakness on the left with Seedorf and Robinson

Left wing a problem .... I watched the lad seedorf on Tues night and thought he would terrorise most lge 1 right backs

I think the best you can hope for is that he will drop 'utter' from his original prognosis.

Cummon mate, 6 weeks ago, I had us as certainties for relegation but the signings just get better. A couple more(and a couple out) and a serious tilt at top places is on.

So tell us the truth... of the signings made which ones should we not have signed and why? I would genuinely be interested to hear your opinion as to dismiss the squad as a whole you must have seen quite a lot of our new signings on a number of occasions and have clear idea of their strengths and weaknesses?

 

Alex Jones could get into this team.

 

I think defence will more or less take care of itself. Midfield is where we may have to experiment in first few games to pick the right players for the system we want to choose.Could be chopping and changing at first. Attack also needs sorting with whoever comes in if Charlie goes.

 

I believe we can do better. I haven’t seen enough from him to warrant a place at the moment.

 

I want to see what Jones can do when fully fit and played a few matvhes

 

I think that midfield looks (on paper) the best we've had for ages. Two proper wingers, a creative attacking midfielder, and a defensive one to break up the play.
As said, need a few strikers now to work with that midfield.
