    As it stands

    1. Gk -18 year old go never played a pro game
    2. Rwb- ex man Utd kid could be anything
    3. Lwb- ex Leicester kid could be anything/ Chicksen
    4. Cb- McGowan played what 3 games for us seems decent
    5. Cb- Aberdeen bloke could be anything
    6. Cb- Killa, good season last year but legs may have finally gone.
    7.. Cm- Josh Wright 1 season wonder
    8. Cm- Vincelot, fecking garbage
    9. Cm- Reeves 5 good games and shit the rest
    10. Fwd- No chance Wyke will be here so who ? Poleon? Patrick? Brünker? Jones? fecks sake
    11. Fwd- Robinson, good prospect

    A lot of work to be done there, a hell of a lot of work

    Crikey - At least "we're 5-6 steps ahead" by promoting an in-house manager and have a chairman that knows everything; otherwise we'd be really screwed!

    Sign a GK, winger and striker and that team doesn’t look too bad in my opinion. The squad will still need a few more players but starting 11 wouldn’t be bad. It’s only June so hardly time to start panicking or getting too depressed. Contracts don’t even end until June 30th so I’m sure there will be more ins and outs in July.

    I'm not panicking or getting depressed. I'm a cricket fan too, and both our men and womens England teams broke records while thrashing Australia and South Africa in consecutive days. I might put football on the back-burner for a while.

    With O’Conner sitting I think we need a ball winner in midfield to replace reeves and that will allow wright to push on to support Wyke with either seedorf or Robinson pushing on on the flanks.

    I hope Rupp dips into his £300 MILLION fortune to buy them (and pay them)
    Not a snowflake's chance in hell of that happening on past form.
    More chance that we'll get a couple of 4 year olds from the local creche (unless they want a wage)

    I think we’re in a decent place (recruitment wise). Much better than we were this time last season, and still plenty of time to add more quality.

    How’s it optimistic? The whole point of the thread is the starting 11 as it stands. Wyke is a Bradford city player as it stands.
