Heart breaking!

 

The mood is changing. They can't claim Teresa May is some kind of rogue wing of the party like they have tried to hit people like Steve Baker and Desmond Swayne with.

 

The ideal for me is, the PM announces a delay - and no one listens. Mass revolt, hospitality industry open in full, people not wearing masks, people taking holidays wherever they wish to do so. A strong message that enough, is enough.

 

I have never been to a protest but I guess there will be many if 21st June is moved back and I will make an effort to attend.

 

Likewise on both counts

 

I'm exactly the same. I would protest peaceful with the law in mind but enough is enough.

 

They're going to do it aren't they? They're going to push back the easing on the 21st.

Wonder what the data will have to look like in a month for them to positively change things. Can't think of a single reason it's going to better than it is today.

 

4 week delay, apparently. Its scandalous. And the data won't be any better. In fact, logic dictates that there'll be another new variant, and the scare factor will kick in, then before you know it we're into autumn and hey presto, it'll be a '3rd wave' because every respiratory virus works in seasonal cycles.

 

And every mug will lap it up. Country is populated by absolute subservient imbeciles.

There were 6.7k cases in England with a population of 55m.
There were 1.1k cases in Scotland with a population of 5.5m

Even with todays figures the rate in England is almost half of that in Scotland, so why does Wee Krankie come across as someone who is doing a good job?

Scotland has restrictions harsher and dafter than us and they are far worse, which beggars the question, do they work at all? What would the death and hospital rate be if we just went back to normal?

 

We had no one vaccinated last summer and had the majority of freedoms returned save for audiences at large scale events. Now we have the majority of the ar risk group double vaccinated and Now we can’t even go on holiday.
Games up they can get gone for me. Who are they even protecting now?

 

Themselves? Get less criticism for being overly cautious than they do for being overly aggressive.

There are some pictures of the queen, quite rightly as it says, hanging around with unmasked foreign visitors who haven't quarantined at the ripe old age of 95.

Here is a picture of the Queen, 2 months ago, in a building occupied 99% by family members, at the funeral of her husband - sat literally in 20 yards of free space........in a mask.



I wouldn't actually mind if they didn't go through the charade of avoiding handshakes and standing 2 metres apart for the official photos but nobody can look at this and think "nothing to see here".
