Reckon Ive been one of the more patient fans (as I don’t watch many away games, where the deep problems have been, probably!) but after watching that shite today count me in the Bowyer out camp now.

To not even muster a shot on goal against that lot today is a disgrace. The sight of the CBs arguing when the third went in said it all, and how Taylor gets a game in this team is just baffling.

On the back of that dross midweek at Colchester, too, enough is enough. The momentum we had has ground to a halt and we look lost, especially away.

He’s lost the fans, seemingly now the players and if we leave it any longer to pull the trigger, we’ll lose ground on the top three.

Thanks for stopping the rot up to Xmas, Gary, but on your way now please. We need more attacking intent, passion and ambition from our BCAFC manager.

Any team with Doyle, Vaughan and Donaldson in the ranks cannot accept anything less than a top three finish and this crap we serve up away will not see us overhaul Swindon, Plymouth and Exeter by May.

Totally agree. The other half was incensed when he gave Taylor a contract, and even worse when he made three substitutions and he was still on the park!! Rhodes and Rupp have to made the call this weekend or we are in for another battering on Tuesday. We just have to grasp the nettle.

 

He has (or had) a good rapport with Stuart though. Maybe they might be tempted to have a pop. Its a great job with a talented squad. Just needs the shackles taking off and a new man to give the players hope

 

Bowyer has to do the honourable thing and resign. His tenure has been abject failure.

 

But you have to give service to those players. The only midfielder we have who can play football at a high Div4 standard is Reeves. A holding/defensive midfielder getting flack for being something he never was or will be! Bonkers.

We've never upgraded on Nicky Law, ha ha.

 

I liked Law. He was reliable and underrated.

You are right, the service isn’t there. We still haven’t signed the ball winner most of us called for in the summer. We seemed to get by somehow up to now but we’re missing one right now.

 

That is NOT a talented squad. It's a mixed bag of good & shit making for a dysfunctional squad.

 

Seems a bit harsh....until recently we had one of the best defences in the league. On paper, goals in attack. Granted, Midf is where problems lie, but this lot, with an enforcer, should be in the top three?

3-0 against shit, we have no identity no leader no nothing. Hoping for 20,000 season ticket holders next what deluded idiots . Rupp out !!! Bowyer you may as well l piss off with no personality your rubbing off.

 

Not convinced, we are so lop sided, you can't spunk a load of wages on strikers then shore up your cheap defence with numbers, it doesn't work out.

I don't like to call out players, but BRE should be nowhere near a team hoping to go up, his defensive partners are not much better and we've disguised our failings through bodies, hence the lack of service to our better players.

 

We seem to have just too many similar midfielders.

Devine, Anderson and Taylor are passers by. They come in and often go unnoticed.

Reeves and Palmer are too similar. May as well send Palmer back now.

Akpan is an enigma. Build like a brick outhouse and should dominate but generally is a fairy. So can effectively join the others on the list.

Connolly has pace to burn but lacks strength to get crosses off the floor it seems. Ismael blows. hot and cold.

Pritchard is tidy, solid, just a shame gets knocks.

Devitt is coming back and hopefully plays a role.

However, if we could get Pritchard, An Enforcer, Reeves/Akpan/Palmer and Connolly across the middle, we’d have a chance.

Alternatively, Reeves with and Enforcer and Pritchard, with Devitt or McCartan as a no. 10, might work.

We just cant grasp games in midfield now. Scandalous an enforcer hasnt been targeted. Maybe its finances related?

Please tell me that ain't true. I've just come back from arguably the worst performance i've ever seen and i'm not in the mood for that inept clueless excuse of a manager coming out with crap like that.

 

Hopkin probably wanted to go back to scotland and had a few bob from his playing days. No chance of Bowyer doing us a favour he will want a nice payoff. Paying him off will prove cheaper than the loss in ticket revenue!
