Didn't @Fordy117 acknowledge Hopkin's efforts during the good spell in December, now he's lower than Rahic in the popularity stakes?

Had Hopkin brought the crap in at the start of the season, then fair enough. He gave Wright a chance and he couldn't be arsed, yet you expect to see him in the match day squad. What message would that send out to the rest of the players?

For the first time in a long time we had an increased budget and your mate Rahic blew it, not Hopkin.

 

We went on a great run played well against Sunderland away then come Barnsley Hopkin bottled it and it was a blow to the players who haven't received since.

As for Wright, you don't get it do you? We wasted money on Anderson, O'Connor etc when we could have put that money towards buying better. The likes of Devine are not getting minutes anyway.

It’s you who doesn’t get it. Do you honestly believe Rhodes and Hopkin wouldn’t have brought in better players if they could? If players don’t want to come what are they supposed to do. Kidnap them?

I agree about the recent tactics and squad changes. He needs to get back to doing what worked in December, but I fear he may have made promises to too many players and will shoehorn them into the side when possible.

 

Point is that Anderson and Clarke are wasteful signings.

Would of been better off just signing Ball up.

 

Striker Joe Mason has turned down a contract offer to return to Plymouth after leaving Wolves. Apparently a few league 1 and league 2 clubs eyeing him up. It would be nice to think we would be one of them, but I suspect wages would rule us out

 

For goodness sake!! You don’t know YET whether they will be a waste of wage. I am waiting to see how the perform before making those wild statements!

Looks woeful tonight but so do the rest of them. Looks like the top two is between Luton, Portsmouth and Barnsley, i think Barnsley win the playoffs if they don't go up automatically.

 

They absolutely hate him. Every comment is negative

To be fair. They are very direct and he never gets it n the box.

Joe Colbeck signed for Oldham in 2009 for £60k, which is £60k more than we received for the vast, vast majority of players that have left Bradford City in the last ten years.

I'm intrigued to see how, historically, he's a clear example of a particularly poor player?

I could name 50 or 60 worse Bradford City players who commanded no fee.

But I think that’s his whole point. We’re waiting to see how they perform. We’re waiting on players we’ve signed...yet we’re second bottom and can’t get our current eleven to perform.

 

Why has there been this massive knee jerk reaction to a defeat last week?

Yes it hasn’t been ideal but if you look at our form over last 10/15 games is mid table standard which will be enough to survive. Does everyone want promotion form?
