    I think we need 3 centre backs of good quality as a minimum to cover injuries and suspensions. This says to me that Hopkin either doesn't rate Isherwood at all or doesn't think he is ready yet.

    Yes you are right we have 3 first choices. Perhaps he sees O'Connor being used more in defensive midfield as someone suggested. It would perhaps mean not renewing Jim O'Brien's short term deal. I think that would be a shame as he has done well, but I suppose it frees up wages and JOB does seem to have a recurring hamstring problem.

    In fairness, the NKP going to Rochdale suggestion was done by Pink Dolphin .I'm feeling confident that NKP will not end up at Rochdale!

    Yes, a few clean sheets and a few wins and seems we can forget the abysmal 12 months he has had. If a club is serious about paying a few quid for services then I wouldn't think twice!!!

    My source was correct about Tony M cMahon going to Scunthorpe (posted on here weeks before the transfer took place). Would not surprise me if NKP isplaying for someone else soon.
