Never guessed that in a million years, did Kenny ever play a senior game for City.

 

Yes a winger he had 174 games at Halifax but didn't make it at City he only managed 11 games maybe an injury ?.

 

I’ve never heard or remember Archie Taylor. Sounds like a highway robber with a name like that.Ha

 

Not that I'm aware of I know he played for the stans after City

 

How many brothers were they Barry, Eric, Kenny and David I believe they had a sister.

 

Not sure as I only know Kenny, his wife and son

 

Sod who is next to them. The better question is who ARE the next Dennis Atkins & Bobby Ham. We need them now,

Archie was a speed merchant right winger. Head down and run like the clappers. No real dribbling skills. Hardly got a look in at City because of John Hall. He didn't stay long.

 

Johnny Hall was a steady away winger in his day.

 

A great servant and a fixture in that No 7 shirt for many years.

 

And a few times as a centre forward number 9, I believe I saw him play that position many years ago at Southport

And a big Bradford City fan even after his playing days finished, I know until quite recently (when John had a leg amputated) he was a regular at Valley Parade, I usually see both Ian Cooper and Jimmy Cuthbertson when I'm leaving our seats as I believe they entertain in the hospitality suite after the game.

I'm tearing up here , and not a swear word to be heard, amongst the other chants was,

a bit naughty but back in the day if you were in the wrong place at the wrong time they didn't care if you was the culprit causing trouble or not they dragged you out, they treated football fans like animals and I could understand it up to a point but women and kids straight off the train wasn't good at Wigan.

 

It's like we're sat in the Old People's Home reminiscing!!!! Frightening.

 

We are showing our age I guess. The younger ones will wonder what we are on about.

 

We've been there seen it done it, they can't take those memories away, not all good in fact most bad but I wouldn't change them for any other team, I've posted before its the good times we've had that we need to remember during the bad times.

 

Yes they are both there regularly in the suites.

 

Ian still looks fit enough to play.
