The sad thing is the loyalty points were probably the only reason I attended some away games last season, especially after the Carlisle game and before Hughes arrived.

 

No it wouldnt. Say two people sat next to each other both start on 600 points but one goes to five home matches and the other goes to all 23 and all the away matches, one could fall in the bands and the other rise by virtue of not everyone above him and around him accruing the same number of points.

 

But it’s a fair assumption that the high rollers will probably attend all league home and away games plus all the cup games including the tinpot trophy so you’d never catch them up.

 

High Rollers is a strange way to describe some of the morons that go to all the away matches, lobbing flares, fighting amongst themselves and thinking they are generals in the Ointment.

 

No those cretins only go to Oldham and Rochdale. You don’t see them anywhere south of Nottingham

 

I think you can add Stockport, Grimsby and Doncaster to that list this season.

It was worse at Harrogate. It’s the only away game I’ve ever attended where the tunnel is literally 2 feet from the away crowd baying for blood. Sure I saw one guy put his fist through the tunnel fabric.
