We might not be throwing money around like Salford, but we should be doing better than we are. But there are seven recent non league clubs above us in league two alone. Whatever is wrong at City needs to change. Two CEOs, nearly half a dozen managers and countless players haven’t fixed the problem.

 

Adams has to be given the backing for January without fail. That means no more Wrexham rejects or never fit players with a losing mentality. Let’s be honest this season is a write off, however it’s still the most important transfer window in the clubs recent history (Yep I know we hear that every time!). Get the window wrong…again and the fans will never believe another word Sparks says.

In Ryan’s defence though the problem lies above him. Until our absent, uninterested owner ,who was conned by that **** who still has the brass neck to live locally, sells up for a market price and let’s owners with vision and experience run the club to its full potential then BCAFC are on a road to nowhere.

He did Dave and got plenty disagreeing, as you say 3 years soon ramps up and were in a worse position than when he was shown the door.
Looking at our present situation I believe 5 years is looking optimistic infact I don't think it's achievable to get us back to a good League One team that challenged for a place in the Championship two seasons running.
As yourself I still back the manager but will Stefan and will the January window be enough to turn it around, our injury problems have not help to have a regular starting 11 available but I'm sure that applies to many teams, once again lack of clinical finishing let's us down so we're still creating chances we have several games before Adams can change things let's hope Cook is back sooner rather than later as he and Angol could get us a few results coming into the January window.

 

If Adam's resigns he can use the excuse that the Club failed to deliver the promised resources to build a team worthy of a promotion push. If the Club sack him, it will argue that he failed to deliver on results. That makes him look a loser and would harm his future prospects. Fort William or Forres Mechanics beckon Mr Adams.

 

Pointless sacking Adam's wed be back to square one with a new manager coming in and assessing the squad. Adam's knows the squad ain't good enough and hopefully the type of players that will get us out of this pisspot league.got to be given next two transfer windows I think he'd take us up next season and I'm not evan writing this one off yet.the football under Adam's is alot better than some of the shite we've watched in recent season's. What annoys me most listening to Adams after match interview is that he said it is not his fault as manager if players make mistakes. The trouble with that comment is that he continues to pick the same players who make those mistakes or have poor games match after match so in effect it IS his fault.

 

So should Eddie howe, Conte or the new Barnsley manager get the sack?

its really annoying that you see where sacking managers gets us and yet you think we can somehow find better. the guy is the most experienced manager i can remember.

Do you genuinely think someone can improve this team? Isnt it now obvious why bowyer played so defensive? The team then and now is garbage. We get another manager in who tries to attack we will end up 20th.

 

As i have said to you previously, which you have conveniently ignored; those were not his signings. He may have Ok,d them but there were not targets he specifically sought.

like i said before, if a DoF tells you a player is good, but then isnt, what do you do? You sack the DoF don't you? Oh wait we have!!!
