Our most successful team in the last 20 years came under a scenario of total football dictatorship by the manager. I've no complaints if Adams does the same.

No idea why any club would want a DoF. A "matey" coach sat below the manager is more important and the CEO should only be in the same room as the manager when he signs the transfer cheques.

 

I will answer it like this.

Our owner doesn’t care about the club. He’s an utter disgrace! A disgrace to the club and to the city of Bradford. He needs to sell. Worse than Edin.

Our CEO is a novice and not equipped to do the job as yet and certainly not when you have an owner that doesn’t give a damn.

Don’t know if you are into your boxing but the way how I see the rest that are close to the club are a team like the team members of Wilder team.

Wilder got batter by Fury in the second fight and the world world knew he would get beaten up again in the 3rd fight but Wilder was blaming his outfit he walked in with, blamed Fury’s gloves. He sacked the man that saved his life in the second fight.
Now instead of his team standing up to Wilder and saying don’t take the 3rd fight you will get beat again and badly. They just danced around him and didn’t tell him how it was. They would defend him on forums and say he will do this that and the other.

He took the fight and got battered!! The world knew it was going to happen.

Bradford City have far too many hangers on that don’t tell Rupp to F off and don’t tell Sparks to go on courses to learn certain skill sets to be a CEO at a football club.

Until this club has people around it that really tells it as it is it will always be lower league. It’s a failure. You don’t get anyway thinking everything is perfect. Correct the faults.

'We' will always see things differently from 'they' (the opposition) For this game though, both sides had major justification for their gripes - that was one godawful referee. And given his experience, it was shocking. So much, for either side, he missed - or saw and then chickened out of and ran on. Sadly, the reffing at our level has become worse, season on season. The guy today seemed so off the game, not up with play. It becomes a joke when both teams are playing against one another and the referee.
