Cook 20 ? your having a laugh ! He's surely not going to be our main goal scorer ? We need way better than that to lead the line ? Cooks a "lazy signing" in my view Adams first mistake going with the same players who have proved they're not up to blasting us out of this awful league before !
Not convinced we are any further forward at this stage ? We are minimum 4-5 quality signings away from being where we need to be - auto promotion certs !

Does that mean you don't think Sutton will be playing much? He has shown more of an eye for goal than any of our other midfielders

 

Yeah, I think he will get limited game time this campaign, but who can tell!

 

I'm hoping he will flourish under Adams.....but you might be right if we get a midfield enforcer in

All going for the three behind cook and they all can play either side so they are interchangeable and Gillead can also play the number 10 role along with Cooke so that area of the team looks sound with good competition

 

Thats what Angol is, cover for Cook.

 

Eisa and Scales can also play directly behind the striker.

 

There’s Evans too unless he leaves.

 

In an ideal world he does and we sign the kid from Torquay. Another who can operate out wide and as a number 10.

A few Twitter handles claiming its a done deal but im not convinced. Any ITK's on here heard anything???

Interested to hear why you think Cook is a lazy signing? He did well enough for us last year and wanted to return. Seemed like an obvious signing. Capable strikers can be hard to find and I think the vast majority would agree he is capable based on last seasons showing - don't forget he only joined us in January....

Agree we need another target man to offer him competition. Business not concluded yet...

 

I think Angol is target man cover for cook if we are to sign another striker it should be a mobile second striker

Ignore him, Ray's a bigger wind up merchant than me and Fordy added together. Doesn't know from week to week whether he supports City, Shalke, Chelsea or Kings Lynn Speedway team !!
