    I don't actually regard it as a more important position.

    Nobody at any club is more important than the manager.

    It's a more secure position, but not as important.

    We need rid of Rupp. The regression under this man is horrible.

    I wish no harm on him personally but whilst he is here, we will not go forwards.

    You can rid the players, the manager, the backroom staff, the CEO but ultimately all derive direction from the man at the top.

    Jamie Raynor is ok in my opinion. Kiwomya not quite so good but he is improving and comes out with stinging criticism of us which is justified.

    He hasn't been that good but he has been better than most, probably the only one causing them problems. He should have scored when following up Donaldson's header. Another two for Vaughan so far

    So you think that City were seriously tracking a player who was struggling in the u23's, struggled at Kidderminster in the NATIONAL LEAGUE NORTH and then still left it until the day after he scored against them?

    Cadets, McGinley, were both on the way down. Sign a striker, who sadly is ‘over the hill’ and then expect them to lead the line every week is very poor. Guthrie for me, is far worse than Clayton, in eight games, he hasn’t scored, not looked like it, and now is injured.

    Luckily I think there's a couple of teams in this league that are worse then us
    I'd say Southend stevenage and possibly Oldham
