It has been coming for long enough though to be honest.......as someone said earlier, it will eat itself.....

 

No on here the over 70's have been great and I am please everyone is doing well. Reading it in the papers and seeing them on TV.

I just hope that the government deliver a strong message to those that need it because we are not out of the words.

I'll be honest to any over over 70. If you go into hospital for anything major you will be lucky to come back. Stay home, keep safe. Wait until a vaccine, don't listen to these thinking they're superman.

The Norwich manager just been on Sky. He was class. Just said I believe we will stay up and if we don't we accept it.

The no relegation will damage the EFL because I can't see the PL agreeing to extra clubs in their league.

 

Spot on Broncs. Spoke with the lady who looks after our house East of Malaga on Friday. They were looking forward to a bit of relaxation but most bars and restaurants not opening even though allowed. With only 30% occupancy not worth opening. She is right behind what the Spanish Police have done, very high visibility and over 750,000 fines for lockdown breach. As to football don't be surprised if Spain doesn't start despite returning to training.

 

Exactly and that is why the older generation will adhere to the governments advice, although reading some of the stuff that's gone on maybe the government should have made it compulsory, but not sure if that would have meant the law beening changed.
Give it another 2 weeks before we allow a relaxation on who can go back, and by then we'll see how other countries are coping as they will be 2 weeks or so as they will be 2 weeks ahead of us.

 

Think Australia is the key. Unfortunately, Europe has been too soft.

We shouldn't be allowed to travel internationally and it should be made clear. Boarders should be shut. Australia have made it clear that airports are the last thing to open back.

Over 70's and those with known underlying Heath issues(no matter what age) should be told it's lockdown until we give the all clear.

On the other hand it's about making the other people not be to scared but it's a case of go to work, go home!

Barcelona are in financial trouble. Both Madrid and Barcelona are in the CL and that's the aim for both. If the CL is called off then I might agree with you.

Spanish clubs urgently need the money.

 

Fordy in your mystery business do you have any obese employees? You should be more worried about them than the fit over 70's who post on here.

 

This is why the airlines are in a very difficult situation before they can start flying around the world other countries have to be confident people flying into their country will not be infected.
I totally agree with your older people OAPs or otherwise have a far less chance of beating Covd19 if they have underlying conditions, unfortunatly it's all part of growing old

 

Not withstanding that there are a couple of hundred EVERY week entering our country in bloody rubber dinghies..!! not hearing much about that but it is happening...

 

It applies to those under 70 with underlying issues also.

The UK not shutting the boarders and allowing people to travel does highlight how weak we are as a country in terms of leadership.

Also, unfortunately , a lot are going to use the virus as an excuse not to go to work. It's all going to get messy plus most on Furlough will be made redundant. It's just not good times.

 

Yes it's a bit of a joke, are these "refugees" detained and given 14 days in quarantine, strange one is the refugee centres where they are housed/held until a decision is made on their refugee status.
Is there room to self isolate, as there was talk of it being a problem in prisons and they might allow shorter sentences prisoners out until this pandemic is beaten.

Yeah same.. it's a joke! People coming into the country not even bloody tested and we are moaning about a sport.

Need to sort the airports out. Shut them! Make sure no one is coming into the country.

It's 12/18 months. When a vaccine is produced fine all travel but it's a chance to boost the uk travel industry and keep the money within.

Bear in mind we are two full months only away from the end of the current financial year. Let's see what that throws up but now you see some good indication of the extent of the Rahic insanity and Stefans determination to put it right as I said in my post on the Ryan Sparks thread.

 

But the fact is we have gone backwards under Stefan and you would have thought if he was serious to put things right he would be more involved and have his own team in by now.

It's like putting it right is how we operated under Rhodes and Lawn which in today's game doesn't work! A club that lacks ambition, has no direction, full of excuses and no plan. I don't see how Rupp has improved us or put things right.

I'm not convinced about Mr Rupp at all and think he is as bad as Edin. Both in it together!
