Yes 100%. He wasn't on the sidelines doing fitness or owt, he was in with the rest of the squad, so looking promising for the coming weeks.

 

Reeves will be back and there'll be a few embarrassed faces on here when he is.

Doubt he will be back to the standard he was by the when his contract runs out..

Quite so Tolly, see today's T&A. I've posted on this before and tried to knock down those making out Jake had a mental issue but was ignored by those ITK.
I said then a simple if deep seated injury was made worse by Edin's lunatic fitness coach who made Jake do the hard stuff when he wasn't ready. Perhaps, like me, a few will actually look to welcome him back when the time is right and in proper BCFC style help him put the last 18 months or so behind him.

I was excited by Reeves signing and will be equally pleased to see him return. Hopefully he can put the wretched period behind him and play some contribution to our season.

In 20 months hardly heard anything from player himself.

In all honest the best thing for the lad in my view would be to send him out on loan.

We can't count on a player that's been out for 20 months or so.

Send him out on loan to get game time and to see where he really is at.. normally this is what would happen.

I just don't see what he brings to the table now.

If he isn't sent out on loan then for me something else is going on.

I think when he gets game time we should be
the club monitoring him.Loaning him could
be more of a risk as another club would be
less concerned about his past injury history.

 

Big game which I fully expect 3 points from considering I thought Bowyer was negative against Vale and next week is a cup match.

He needs game time and it's highly unlikely he will get it here plus we need to find out how match fit he really is.

A months loan makes perfect sense and I would question why not.

 

But if City want Jake back, firing on all cylinders, surely that's a good thing and something (an aim) to be positive about ?
