    Right ok, I had hoped for a different formation and a couple of different players, GB wants to give it another go, so he can have another go. If we don’t get a good result then he will need to answer all the questions.

    This division lacks quality in finishing. If our stokers can produce some quality we should in theory do well. We need service into the front two. Can’t see that coming from Gibson and Doyle unfortunately

    Whilst disappointed in the formation it’s more about individual players performance. We are capable of beating Grimsby whatever formation

    For the first three league fixtures of this season we have a golden opportunity to hit the reset button and create a positive vibe going forwards, if we put in three disappointing performances the negative atmosphere will return and the pressure could just build and build. Don't throw this chance away.

    This set up with three strikers and no reserve forward on the bench is a "must' score line up. If they fail then lots of questions will arise.

    My problem goes back to last season when he consistently picked weak teams then, same has continued this season rewarding a system that flopped so disappointingly.
