Why would Julian be interested in staying on at the club in an advisory capacity if Edin is in the background picking up a good salary for having little input into things, he's got to be on his way out.
Obviously we don't know the ins and outs of the new investor/investors but it would be a big surprise to me if it was Julian getting involved again as part owner, as I believe Julian and dad were the ones who were the party that wanted to sell the club rather than Mark.
But I'd be more than happy to be proved wrong.

he is toxic, but if he's in Germany and not running the club then thats fine, regardless of whats on 'paper'

but as i said, i can't see anyone believing thats the case unless he actually is bought out and removed from his position etc.

 

Because he is picking up a salary too. Rhodes isn't doing this for free.

If Edin is picking up a salary that's up to him and Rupp because he owns part of the business.

 

I'm not sure if he is or isn't, you would expect as a consultant he would be getting a payment for his experience and knowledge of what's required with the day to day running of our football club.
Now I only know Julian from what others have told me, and he is one of us 100% Bradford City, it would not surprise me if he came into the club knowing what the situation was (possibly finance wise) and offered his services for free short term because of the fact that he's a fan.
I would assume he has had in depth conversations with Stefan and maybe he knows there are things happening behind the scenes that will mean he may not be doing the job long term for free, IE he could be a salary earning CEO in the near future, purley an opinion and I may be nowhere near what will happen in the future, only time will tell.

 

Rhodes being back is a positive. He knows deep down like we all do that currently the people who he sold the club too haven't delivered at all.

Getting paid or not it doesn't matter to me. What matters at this moment is getting Edin completely out of the club. 20% shares gone and if Rupp wants out then get him out also. We need serious players at Bradford City.

Good post @Bigrod, one worrying thing from your post could the senario be any new investor is buying some of Stefans shares and Edin stays at the club in whatever capacity and still drawing a salary, God forbid.

That's at least 3 times you have asked. You won't be getting an answer.

 

I wouldn't rule anything out with these two, better be careful what I say we don't want the potential new investor reading this message board and pulling out of the deal do we.
