Grayson will have given his recommendations, Just like McCall would have said experience is key. Youth / Development is fine but wont get you promotion just saves on pennys. Tony Mac has no chance of being here.

Edin said we were chasing autos in January. McCall asked for recruitment to fill the vacant full backs roles at the time but was told to play Jacob Hanson and Tyrell Robinson as right and left full backs. In all honesty WTF

It will have always been Edins list anyway. They'e said as much in the press statements we'e seen since Grayson left.

 

Can anybody blame Rahic/Rupp for wanting Tony McMahon out of their club if he has made racist comments? Those ITK on here have declared this is correct so surely Grayson was aware? His response - make him captain.

If Tony is making racist comments and disrupting squad harmony because of it then he rightly has to go whether the managers want him there or not.

 

When do we have to name released players?

 

Wouldnt have thought we do "have" to. Im sure the players will have been told, most contracts will be dated to end 1st June so I reckon it will become apparent then

 

I still think that McCall got himself the sack because Mr ‘I know football’ didn’t take kindly to a defender being played as a striker. He probably looked at the strikers we had on the bench and felt McCall was trying to make a point, i.e. sign me a targetman as soon as possible.

He didn’t last long after that

 

Well, Grodowski won’t be on that retained list. He has left the club after turning down the option for a 2nd year, to return home to Germany.

 

No great loss really as there's better young strikers out there but good luck to the lad back in Germany.

 

I didn't see much of him really. Thought we looked more of a threat going forward when he came on at Donny.
