Wright to boo?

As an I-Follow subscriber I agree. On Radio Leeds Gary Jones and John Dreyer add value as co-commentators while others state the obvious. However it is annoying that sometimes post match you have to listen to 30-40 minutes of moans about Huddersfield or Leeds before an interview with the City manager.
Conversely when Pulse broadcast via the website I was always annoyed that match commentators felt they needed to keep us up to date with scores from the all the other leagues.

 

No I wasn’t at the Oldham match. I fully accept he is not up to league 1/2 standard, and should not have been here. To say he deserves all he gets is harsh, as he was offered a very lucrative contract by Rahic, who is at fault here? I have seen players who toss it off on the field of play unfortunately, remember Petrescu? He is my all time fav tosser!

My main objection to booing is one of ‘lack of effectiveness’ the effect it has on the team as a whole. Ball in the paper this morning saying the flack they are getting from fans is justified. This man is a leader and has a good work ethic, plus he has a strong mentality, we need more like him tbh. Booing or venting anger on the team atm will not make them play better the opposite. My priorities are to try and support while we still have a chance how ever remote.

Slightly irritated with your suggestion that we clap all the time. Ridiculous, I walked out early last match couldn’t sit there any longer.

No the support we have given them has had very little effect, as I said in my original post we have a team with little or no confidence, couple that with a number of players with a low skill set, and this is where we are.

Agree with that. Sometimes a team is greater than the sum of its parts and other times it can be less than, that's what we have now.

 

Honestly mate to watch him swanning about that night with that 15 year old from our youth team putting in a miles better performance (in effort and quality) changed my view. Dgaf about his feelings,his confidence or any of it because whilst it weren't his choice to be offered a big contract, its sure as hell his choice to not put in the hard yards week after week to justify said contract.

I don't get why that irritated you lol, I was trying to say that being nice to them has done absolutely 0 all season so what difference does it make. They can't play any worse so I dont think booing would make a difference really.

Absolutely, but this in previous struggles was where the squad stepped up, showed some gonads and got us out of the shit regardless of ability. But these guys are so mentally weak thats never gonna happen unfortunately.


Edit: - Ball is one of the only players I would keep, allied with someone with a bit of pace and strength his quick feet could really do a number in L2 next season. Its the other idiots that are the problem

The lad hasn't really played for months and we're still bottom of the league.

O'Connor has been poor all season but and disrespected the armband but yeah it's ok because he Isn't a good looking lad from down south with a weathly family.

Well I still have my hair still dark with the odd bit of gray (although there was far less before the season started) but I couldn't imagine a 70 year old man with blonde hair.

I actually still fancy the man I married, 6’1” in good shape, grey/white hair. Actually David Ginola ticked a number of boxes as far as football goes, also Becks looks wise but not bright enough to keep me entertained.
