He should have been picking the ball out of the net, when Chapman found Smallwood, unmarked and 10 yards out, another fine margin that cost us 2 points and for a professional footballer just awful, especially from one that has played a lot at championship level.

Agree with that if that money actually goes to where it should go to and not into keeping us sustainable

Absolutely! The sooner fans wake up and accept that not renewing ST’s will only succeed in giving the remaining fans a poorer team to watch, the better.
Cheap season tickets are only sustainable at current levels, as soon as those levels drop, the price will have to increase for everyone or the club goes bust.

Wish I could change things more than I am able to do, as you ask I would be looking to replace Gent this summer and begin looking now for a recruitment person to work directly with the manager (presumably GA) to try and establish some stability and plan. I say presumably GA because despite some criticism of his style of football and player selection, until this summer he wont truly be in a position to build his own team. I would also strongly recommend that, if Ryan is staying, he gets an experienced football man alongside him to make the key decisions for the future - not just short-term ism. This person might not need to be full-time but could aid RS football knowledge development - Mr Sparks deserves ever credit for seizing the opportunity Rupp gave him but he just needs to show a bit of humility and acceptance that aspects of the CEO role have not been in his talent attributes. He did allude to mistakes in the Radio Leeds interview but they came across as just words. He says he has considered help, I would strongly recommend he revisits this option.

As for voicing our totally justifiable concern, unless we as fans try to get across our dissatisfaction then nothing will change. Non of us truly know what Rupps future stance will be, so call it deluded if you want to, but I applaud those who are positively trying to do something to generate a more upbeat future for our club

Ps I am not in favour of boycotting season ticket sales and I honestly don't think there will be a massive reduction, City is in our blood and that never changes. Its all about communication with those in charge of our club

If I paid £30 for an EasyJet flight would I expect top notch food, a complimentary bar service and a choice of onboard entertainment? Would I have the right to complain so long as the flight arrived safely and on time?
In contrast if I travelled with BA and paid more money expecting those luxury extras but didn’t receive them I’d have every right to piss and moan.
My point here is whilst we are paying peanuts for season tickets we should accept mediocracy.
If we want a right to protest and complain then let’s start paying for the privilege first.

Unfortunately they can’t grasp the concept less revenue will not force a sale it will only hit the bottom line which in turn will reduce the budget. The only way they will get the change they want us with dialogue

This nonsense argument you've posited over and over and over only works if every club has the same number of paying fans.

Then the fans that pay the most have the most money.

Since they don't, this is obviously bunkum of the lowest intellectual order.

Because sadly they are thick as pig, probably just out of school with zero idea on how business works in the real world. They think stomping their feet like a spoiled brat will get what they want.

The club have always maintained that increased revenue goes into the playing squad.
Its how that money has been spent and the constant change of direction, leading to playing squads not suited to what the current manager wants, all driven by the need for instant success .
Lets give someone time to mould the team to his style. Harrogate as an example , have stuck by the manager, yes his dad owns the club, but they are slowly building .A playoff finish for them this season will be a great achievement, Salford are the polar opposite, thrown money at it, but changed managers on a regular basis and find themselves worse off than us.

"Dear Ronald McDonald. I do not enjoy your burgers. They are poor quality. The problem is you charge £1.19 for them. Please charge £5.99 from now on for a basic burger. This will magically improve the quality without reducing sales."

This would be a fair point if the cheap season tickets meant we only had a mid table or lower budget but we don't, we have a top 7 budget at least. Your argument that we should just accept mediocrity when we have one of the top budgets in the league is ridiculous.

Pmsl! The people who eat £1.19 burgers don’t complain because they know exactly what they are getting and expect nothing more.
Our fans would want to pay £1.19 and expect Wagyu beef. And if they don’t get it they’ll scream and scream

And it would seem McDonalds has won the league via their pricing policy.

    It's not rocket science.

Fine so now we have the cold hard truth in that if our budget is top 7, is it Rupps fault that we are 14th or Sparks/Gent?

Because their customers like / accept the quality of the product for the price they pay.
Bradford City fans are going cheap and not enjoying the product.

But how can it be Rupps fault if he’s providing the same budget as Mansfield / Barrow / Crewe?

interesting point though in that Crewe increased their prices this season much to the anger of their fanbase, but hey, they’re 3rd

And also, that’s not what I’m saying. Of course if we paid more we’d expect better quality.

    You're wrong.

McDonalds wins the league in terms of profit by an absolute country mile.
Ryan Air is the second most profitable airline.
Wetherspoons is the most profitable pub chain.

You saying these are bad business models is ludicrous.

Now translate the profit into a football budget.

Advocating the Five Guys model rather than the McDonalds model is stupid.

It won't be better because you won't catch the sales. You won't make more profit and it won't magically improve the product.
