    It's been like that for years and years. Academies at most clubs in the conference wouldn't allow it never mind championship etc. Also - going back onto @Dennis@Dennis original post why would City let him play rugby for the school and risk injury? Its a commitment from the boy and the club. There has to be give from both sides - sadly.
