Tied in with Collin's strange turn of phrase yesterday "when we decide to bring him back into the squad" (or similar) then this could have legs. Not as many as a spider but not as few as Douglas Bader though.

I'd suggest it's more about control (and possibly saving of a wage) and not employing anyone who might challenge the way things are being done, after all he did say he wants people who bought into his philosophy, which is fine up to a point but do you want surrounding with yes men who never question a decision you make.

 

He started alongside O’Donnell, Riley, O’Connor and Chicksen against Guiseley.

The first time he was omitted from the starting XI was at Carlisle. On that occasion, he stayed on the bench, even when we went to 3 at the back.
But he was back in the team for the final pre-season game, behind closed doors against Wednesday. As before, he partnered O’Donnell, Riley, O’Connor and Chicksen at the back.

And now he’s not even good enough for the bench? Whether it is down to the number of games played, or being the last of McCall’s players that went out for his farewell drinks, I still believe there is more to this than just not picking him for foootballing reasons

If you went to the game you would of seen we were lucky to win.

If you listened to Collins before and after the game then you would of figured out he is a puppet muppet of Edin's like you seem to be.

 

and you don't believe a word anyone with any connections to the club says that paints Edin in a poor light - so whats the difference?
