I didn't hear his interview mate but I am glad he has said that.

No suger coating shi&e. Today wasn't the day to do that and if JT on the Pulse did that then I am glad Bowyer sorted him out.

It's the last day of the season and we're in league two. It's not been good enough.

    Fair play to Bowyer.

I don’t think Wright was to bad today he is tidy on the ball when he is not pressurised. Wimbledon came for the point and he had plenty of time on the ball

Sorry in defence of Josh Wright he wasn't "absolute dog shit"? His brief today appeared to be sat infront of the back four alongside Devine. Most of his picking up and passing was effective if not elaborate. He rarely ventured forward. Anderson was supposed to be the one going forward. But today I'd give him 6 even your own score is 5 ? Hardly dog shit ?

The best thing about this season was the grass, it looked immaculate yesterday, but after saying that, not much football has been played on it this season

We thought that but like you say it probably says more about the lack of playing intensity and a mild winter ?. One less job to worry about in the next two months !

One point I managed to cope with. It was a resounding victory for this no hope team that I feared, although I needn't have done as they haven't turned up all season apart from the odd five minutes.

You're right. It would taken all freakin' weekend to go through all the three points we've thrown away this season.

Glad it is over tbh. Hate that we're back in the quagmire that is L2, but got my season ticket for next season and will be cheating the lads of come August. Just hope there's a whole lot of new faces.

In the match programme Jason Thornton talks about Pulse being taken over shortly and City commentary next season is in doubt. Radio Leeds however at the end of their City broadcast said Radio Leeds would be back next season so hopefully they have secured a deal as their 3 year deal runs out at the end of the season.

@EwanJM@EwanJM did say that the Pulse may not have coverage next season.

The Bauer buyout of the Wireless Group radio stations earlier this year will in all likelihood end with both Pulse1 and Pulse2 rebranding with the former into something akin to Hits Radio. I'd be very surprised if there's any Bradford City content next season or ever again on what was the Pulse. Sorry to those that will be out of work because of the takeover. It's happening all over the country with Networked radio wiping out local content

I think our problem yesterday was as it has been all season, up front, the ball didn't stick, no height, no aggression and no goals.
I thought the defence was ok, Wilson made a couple of very good saves. There was a lot of passing sideways and backwards mainly because there was little movement up front. Doyle in particular had an awful match, a couple of times in the second half he started on a run and stopped after the ball was played - I think once from Mellor and the other was from Scannell and possession was lost. Miller didn't improve things when he came on, but there was nobody else for Bowyer to call on.
In contrast to others I thought Devine, Wright and Anderson (apart from the shooting in his case) had decent games, doing what they were asked. I even saw Wright make a good tackle.

I didn't boo afterwards or clap. I felt sorry for O'Brien who has been good this season, and the players who have come in for the last few games, Devine, Paudie O'Connor in particular. I found some of the behaviour of those who did boo to be over the top frankly. The way one bloke near me was carrying on, if you didn't know you would think the players had murdered his granny. There was really unpleasant aggression. Yes it was a terrible season, yes performances have not been good, but we have all acknowledged the team was unbalanced and this group of players did not fit together as a team. They are also human beings.

Also no speed, no ability to lose marker, no guile trickery, little/no movement, no aerial threat.....in fact no real goal threat!

Doyle was woeful, his stopped run for Scannells pass summed up his season. Would be more than happy to see him moved on. Has very little to his game, take his penalties out and his goal record is pathetic.

I think when he has scored lots of goals before - and he has at previous clubs, he has played alongside a target man. Which of course we haven't had, so he was set up to fail. He is on a long contract, so if we are unable to move him on we do need a suitable strike partner for him.

He needs to be moved on by any possible means.

He's making Aaron McLean look useful and productive

One of the reasons this season has been so painful, i'm struggling to think of a striker who has so little to his game. Painfully slow, next to nothing physicality wise, more movement in the City Hall clock. He did win a header yesterday, rare as rocking horse sh1t.

If we start next season with just 1 scrawny striker up front then we are fecked from the off...
