it appears Alan nixon was writing in code. But yes Macclesfield hit with deduction. Doesn’t really effect us. Probably won’t them either unless it’s carried over to next year if this season doesn’t finish

All seems a bit pointless following protocol when the seasons are effectively over.

Unfortunately it would be likely to see next season delayed or cancelled all together. its the same reason why this season will end prematurely. there is no / very little match day revenue coming in. if it starts again in August/September it will be behind closed doors and ifollow prices might be jacked up.

Because it's not. Promotion and regelation will happen some how. PPG average with play offs taking part only behind closed doors.

It will be decided one way or another.

The Dutch health minister has announced there will be no crowds at football matches until a vaccine is found.

    * madness decision. That's the Dutch football finished completely.

    1) a vaccine could take 12/18 months
    2) might not ever be a vaccine

Not bought by that idea. Let's assume and hope it does not happen that 6 div2 teams fold and we rely on teams from the National league to fill the gaps, then we could be promoting teams who finish in the mid table/bottom half of the national league, as unfortunately they may well be casualties at that level too.

Will these clubs be structurally ready to join the football league? How does that impact the non league pyramid?

The World Health Organization and the head of the African Union (AU) body co-ordinating the continent's coronavirus response have rejected a suggestion from Tanzania's president that tests for the virus are faulty.

Last weekend, President John Magufuli, who has been criticised for his approach to dealing with the virus, claimed that he had secretly had some animals and fruits tested at a laboratory and that a paw-paw, a quail and a goat had returned positive samples.

But responding to a question about Mr Magufuli's comments, John Nkengasong, head of the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC), told journalists that the test had "been validated and we know that they are performing very well".

Speaking at the WHO Africa media briefing, Dr Matshidiso Moeti also said the WHO was "convinced" the tests were not already contaminated.

Interesting that the NRL in Australia are making all players take flu shots before playing.

    It's their winter soon.

The scientists here were talking about making sure you get your flu jab this winter.

She did. But currently no plans are in place of how they are going to give the flu jabs.

£5 says Trump's sudden back-tracking (YET AGAIN) on the Coronavirus Task Force may have something to do with his aide from the Navy that has contracted the virus.

If I was reading a book, and they tried to portray the POTUS like Trump comes across in real life, I'd be struggling to suspend my disbelief.

Apparently according to an exclusive in the athletic, league one and two are abandoned and clubs next week will be asked how they want the season to be decided. It’s done by the sounds of it.

I can see now why We have abandoned season ticket sales and the pitch was dug up. Think we had wind of this. I imagine the championship are now hanging on in the hope some teams get to the money train of the premier league?
