The disallowed goal looked like a classic case of the goalie getting too engrossed with a man being put on him for exactly that purpose that he lost track of the ball. Bit harsh in my eyes but expected nowadays so not sure whether to moan or not. Ie expect it not to be given but really it should be

 

Sky bet had three choices on the penalty. Goal, no goal or what colour car was hit in the car park.

 

10 games into the season and I still have no idea whether we're promotion contenders or just a bang average football team. It's difficult to say as the games have been decided by such fine margins.

Anything from 5th to 15th would not shock me one bit.

When I go away to watch City, I go to watch the match, not film other people. Every time one of these flares or smoke bombs has been set off I only see the result it after it has happened. If someone is going to film it, it either needs to be the police, a steward, or someone from City.

 

Best team we can put out at the minute but hard lines on AOC been brilliant this year so far good option to have as back up if POC is now first choice. Hopefully last weeks turnaround is the kick start for the season. Need to get out of the traps early doors against a team low in confidence. An early goal could kill them off before the game has even settled.

 

As above the only change needs to be Cooke for Devine. Hopefully we can start to get some consistency in the side, as Bowyer stated last week in the paper he’s done with tinkering. I think the results and performances will start to come if we keep a settled side.

Still have nightmares about that game. If we are 3 nil up at half time on Saturday, I might have an anxiety attack.

 

Just had a read of their forum, new manager who keeps tinkering with the formation, too defensively set up, no attacking threat, lack of confidence........lots of new players, it’s like a mirror of on here but without the looney “we’re too big to play in the dog and duck league” fringe!!
The consensus seems to be a point would be a good result at home to us, would love GB to throw the kitchen sink at them, play to our strengths, bully them off the park, however we will probably set up to cancel them out, let in a soft goal in the first five mins and help lift their confidence for the rest of the season!!

Watched the first half Devine just done what he should nothing fancy, Pritchard has been the pick of our players for me.

 

Good to hear, Pritchard sounds like a decent signing.

We've certainly bolstered the midfield.
