I was just assuming Richards isn't fit. The lad has seemingly been out more than in so far.

Rupp might have looked them over as he did with WAGMI and decided against it.

 

Apparently he was in the squad for Barrow and was out due to concussion protocol which is now complete.

 

I would have normally agreed with you but I have to say that although it has taken a while, GA has improved us all across the pitch, a good achievement when you consider the squad assembled is not really his. Let's enjoy the ride and see where we end up. Saturday's postponement may have been a blessing in disguise regarding injuries and tired legs.
I think we will have a better idea after the Notts County game.
I have to say that although I often share Fordy's bouts of realism but hardly ever his negativity, if I did I would have stopped following City home AND away many years ago.

Maybe, and didn't you just know Fordy would agree with your comments. However the league is quite average this season, albeit with some good coaches in amongst.

Not the worst set of results. Had we played and won at Barrow we would still be 9th and two points off. Where have Walsall come from all of a sudden ?

 

Just don’t fancy them in a 2 leg knockout. Assuming the highest we could finish is 7th I’d prefer Crewe or Stockport as I didn’t rate either of them.

 

Personally I would love to stuff it to them in the playoffs. Just love it.

 

On current form, I'd have Wrexham 5th and hopefully out in the semi. The place I wouldn't want to lose to them at is Wembley, though us v Wrexham would be one hell of a final and potentially the biggest crowd.

 

Correct and he admits it, employing a game of long throw ins and gaining free kicks out wide. It’s currency he’s used at every club he’s been at. Effective only if it works. The rest of the football employed at Wrexham recently is pretty poor from the games I have seen, certainly since Xmas. I’d be more than happy to play them again.

 

Potentially a 70k plus crowd if that happened

At least four clubs above us are dropping points on Saturday, five if we beat Notts County.

On Tuesday we have
Barrow v Gillingham
Mansfield v Franchise
Morecambe v Crawley

And the following Saturday/ Tuesday it's similar. We need to win, but if we pick up ten points from the next four games, the world looks a bit rosier. Realistically we are probably the lowest place team in the hunt, but a good March could see us really make some progress.
